Soon! The transient dock is up and running with 200′ of dock along our east bulkhead, offering 30, 50 and 100 amp power and water. All of our main finger docks are in with power and water as well, and congrats to Tom Fitzpatrick AKA Tommy Drama for being our first seasonal to arrive at the marina. Thanks for your continuing support of the Kingston City Marina as we continue to work toward a bigger, better facility on the only protected harbor on the Hudson River between NYC and Troy that is open to the public. As many of you know, this is a first of its kind public private partnership formed to keep the marina open and growing. Though there have been unforeseen bumps in the road (like hurricane flooding two years in a row), Jeff, Scott and the staff continue to work with the City of Kingston and N.Y. State to rebuild the infrastructure and improve services every year. We are looking forward to a great season, and expect many events this summer. Keep checking the web site for announcements for Movies in the Park, festivals and events and local restaurant specials. Make sure to plan to visit the Hudson River Maritime Museum right next door to our marina, the Trolley Museum across the street, and the incredible Saturday morning farmers market in the historic uptown Stockade District (city bus runs regularly from marina and back).
